Chapter One: Name, Headquarters, and Area of Operation
Article 1: A non-profit humanitarian and charitable organization is hereby established under the name “Al-Hamdanian Humanitarian Charity Organization.”
Article 2: The organization’s headquarters shall be located in the city of Qamishli. It is also entitled to open branches in various countries and Syrian governorates.
Article 3: The organization’s scope of work shall cover the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, as well as all countries in which the organization establishes offices.
